Generational Trauma & Pandemic

Post traumatic stress and it’s negative effects on relationship to self and others could very well be one of the most debilitating and overlooked mental health challenges facing our society today, particularly so in the context of the pandemic.  The roots of harmful behaviour and negative self belief that may have lain dormant and buried in our family trees, so to speak, may have begun to surface as the structures that held them at bay were shaken.  Regaining one’s sense of inner stability and learning to trust one’s inner guidance is best accomplished through a holistic approach using a wide array of modalities that support mental, emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing. Laura has skills in each of these areas.
